It also features a fully-fledged telephone system for IP-based connections with ISDN S0 for hunt groups with up to four B channels. This means you can make four phone calls at the same time, instead of the usual two.
Mesh Wi-Fi with FRITZ!
The FRITZ!Box 7583 VDSL supports Mesh Wi-Fi, meaning your videos, music and photos seamlessly reach every corner of your home, apartment or office. How does it work? The FRITZ! devices work together as part of a single network, communicating with each other and optimizing your devices and network usage. With Mesh you can enjoy high speeds while surfing, streaming or gaming. Instead of waiting for breathtaking HD television and your favorite music to load, your media will wait for you.
Dual Wi-Fi
With the concurrent use of Wi-Fi 5 and Wi-Fi 4, your devices are connected to the FRITZ!Box 7583 VDSL simultaneously, with none of them getting the short end of the stick! With the 5 GHz network you can surf at up to 1,733 MBit/s and with the 2.4 GHz network you can surf at up to 800 Mbit/s.
