Distance Selling and Right of Renunciation

This provision specifically and only relates to sales to you via our website, without there being contact at any time between you and MegaMobile and there is a "distance contract" in accordance with Article VI.47 et seq. of Book VI of the Economic Code. straight. If this is not the case, you cannot invoke this provision. In some cases, you have a right of renunciation, subject in particular to the following conditions:

• You are a consumer as defined in Article I.1.2° of Book I Code of Economic Law;
• the product that was purchased is not custom-made, has no personal character or has not been specially ordered for you, as no stock is held;
• the product does not contain, in whole or in part, an audio or video recording or computer program, including devices with inseparable pre-installed software;
• the seal of the software or programs, or any other comparable proof of non-use (also including the activation and/or registration of the pre-installed software), has not been broken;
• the product can be returned without being quickly damaged,

You can only invoke this right of renunciation if you invoke it in accordance with the following formalities:

• the right of renunciation must be exercised within 14 working days, within which MegaMobile must be informed of the request for renunciation and of the request to refund any amount already paid and with presentation of the proof of payment; this amount will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of the notice of cancellation, to an account number to be specified by You;
• if the product is already in Your possession, You must return the product within the same period of 14 working days, possibly send it back, in an appropriate manner, entirely at Your expense.

For the rest and insofar as they do not conflict with the provisions of the Code of Economic Law, the General Terms remain fully applicable.
