Via remote assistance we can offer you assistance or carry out minor repairs without you having to come by with your device.

Through a program that you install on your computer, we can take control of your computer over the internet if you wish & give us permission to do so.

For example, we can install, remove software, find errors, install peripherals, restart your computer and so much more.

Some examples of repairs or remote assistance:

• Problems with and installation of peripherals (webcam, printers, scanners, sound,..)
• Problems opening installed software.
• Error messages about missing or damaged files.
• Problems receiving and sending email
• Installing software
• Remove old software

It is also possible that your problem cannot be solved remotely, for this you will have to bring the device to our store.

Remote assistance prices

For remote assistance we charge a fee of € 15 (incl. VAT) per quarter of an hour started. New customers must purchase credit in advance, existing customers pay after the intervention via online payment or via bank transfer.
