The AC7831 is equipped with status LEDs that show which screens are connected.
EDID supportThe EDID copy function, also known as Extended Display Identification, ensures the resolution communication between the source and output devices. The AC7831 will copy by default the resolution of the TV/monitor connected to HDMI output 1. If this is a 4K monitor, the output will be 4K for all monitors. If a monitor doesn’t support 4K, there won’t be any image on this particular monitor. If the monitor connected to HDMI output 1 is a 1080p monitor, and 4K TVs/monitors are connected, these will display images with a resolution of 1080p.
